24 Forms
This most popular Tai Chi set was created by four Tai Chi experts from China in 1956. It contains all the essential principles of Tai Chi.

32 Sword Forms
The sword forms are beautiful extension of essential Tai Chi principles, this set is the most popular sword forms in the world and is based on Yang style Tai Chi .

Tai Chi for Arthritis
This is a specially designed program for people with arthritis based on Sun style Tai Chi. It is easy to learn and proven to be effective. This program is supported by Arthritis Foundations worldwide. New students can start learning this program or the 24 Forms.

Tai Chi Fan
The fan is a beautiful extension of tai chi incorporating its essential principles. This fan set has many unique features especially in aesthetic appeal.

INTERVAL

40 Forms Yang Style
Created by Chinese National Sport Committee based on the traditional Yang style tai chi, this set is graceful and gentle. It contains all features of Yang style and is suitable for anyone who has approximately one year of experience in tai chi.

Combined 42 Forms
This popular set contains all the essential principles of the four major Tai Chi styles created by Professor Men Hui Feng of the Beijing University of Physical Education.

Chen Style 36 Forms
Chen style is characterised by softness complements hardness and slow and fast movements intermixed. It contains spiral energy and force delivering movements. Although the movements appear different from other styles of tai chi, it shares the same essential principles.
