What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi originated in ancient China, it is a wonderful
 exercise enjoyed by millions of people around the 
world. It is proven to improve muscular strength, 
balance and fitness.
The smooth and gentle movements of Tai Chi enhance
 concentration and promote relaxation leading to
 harmony of body and mind.
